Our service is also backed by outstanding project management, looking after every detail and managing every aspect of the process – from concept and production to budget management, logistics and installation.

The Process

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

2. CONCEPTUALISATION

Using our extensive database as well as our inhouse team of designers we develop ideas from initial discussions. We carry out extensive research to ensure we are using the most relevant artists and designs to each specific client. During the conceptualisation stage we create sketches and where necessary visuals to allow the client to full understand the proposed concepts. We work closely with material boards and to ensure the artwork both compliments and enhances the space. We always consider the artwork within the space and very much an integrated part of the design.

3. PRESENTATION

Our art consultants present a comprehensive presentation of all developed concepts tailored specifically to the clients brief. Presentations include relevant samples, as well as an initial idea of costings. We present a number of concepts for each space, and outline any preferred materials, finishes and colour palette.

4. BUDGET MANAGEMENT

We are experienced with working on a wide range of budgets – to low cost single items, to extensive budgets covering thousands of pieces. We prudently factor in every cost to each project. Either acting as an agent for our client or independently we carefully manage all aspects of the budget to ensure the project is completed under budget and on time.

5. LOGISTICS

Once the artwork has been signed off and is ready for collection we organise every aspect of the logistics procedure, whether the artwork is being picked up locally or internationally. We meticulously plan and organise all crating, labelling, insurance and logistics to ensure the smooth delivery of artwork to their destination.
